Having spent a number of years providing legal support and advice to SME's, HR consultancies and multi-national organisations on a wide breadth of employee relation issues; I have now changed roles and work as a professional support lawyer within the Content Team.

Working in close collaboration with colleagues I provide legal training, professional updates and insights, along with maintaining the award winning business solution documents suite found on elXtr. I also provide informative blogs, so that you the reader can keep abreast of what's changing in the employment sphere.
