About Me

With degrees in both business and law, I started my legal career in the commercial litigation department of Scanlen & Holderness - a top commercial and corporate law firm (Lex Africa and Chambers & Partners).

I now specialise in employment and equality law with 5+ years of practical experience in dealing with a wide range of clients and matters.

I have acted for employees, including professionals and senior executives, in a range of complex employment tribunal litigation matters. I have also advised medical practitioners and social workers in proceedings before their regulatory bodies and acted on appeals before the Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal.

I currently provide commercially focused advice, on day-to-day and longer-term strategic issues, to a diverse client base of businesses. Advising HR, senior managers, executives and owner-managed businesses on a variety of matters including dismissals, redundancy, TUPE, contracts, restrictive covenants, absence, performance/capability, discrimination, HR policies, disciplinary and grievance cases and procedures.
